1. Processing Time: Once your order has been paid, we will ship it within 2-8 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Addresses: When entering your shipping address, please double-check all the details to ensure accuracy. This includes your full name, street address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code. Providing the correct information will help prevent any delays or misdeliveries.

3. Transit time: refers to the duration it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address. On average, this process takes approximately 5-10 business days, excluding holidays.

4. Planning for a special occasion? Make sure to order your items at least 3 weeks ahead to ensure timely shipping and delivery. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or any other important event, we want to make sure your order arrives in time for the celebration.

5. Separate Shipments: Please note that when you place an order with COCO CRESS, you may receive your items in separate shipments. This is because our different products are supplied through various distributors and warehouses. While multiple product orders may not arrive at the same time, rest assured that this is completely normal and to be expected.

6. Due to unforeseen circumstances:  There may be a surge in parcel volume, which can cause delays in deliveries. In such cases, our dedicated team works diligently to resolve any processing delays as quickly as possible. We prioritize orders based on the sequence they were received, ensuring fairness to all our customers. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to minimize any inconvenience caused by these delays. We will provide you with regular updates regarding the status of your order, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

7. We offer shipping to various locations, including

  • P.O. Boxes. 
  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

(We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.)
