1Processing time: after order has been paid we ship order within 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2Transit time after order has shipped: Transit time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address is 5-10 business days, excluding holidays

3. Please NoteWhen you place an order with COCO CRESS, you may receive your items in separate shipments. This is because our different products are supplied through various distributors and warehouses. It is important to note that multiple product orders will not necessarily arrive at the same time. However, rest assured that this is completely normal and to be expected.

4. Please expect a delay in deliveries due to the holiday season parcel volume surge: When a processing delay occurs, our dedicated team works diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We prioritize processing orders in the sequence they were received, ensuring fairness to all our customers. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience caused by these delays and provide you with regular updates regarding the status of your order. *Due to the nature of our business, we ship certain products from internationally located warehouses. This means that your parcel may not arrive as a single shipment. However, rest assured that we strive to ensure that your items are delivered to you in the most efficient manner possible and we also make sure to be transparent with our customers as much as possible.

*One of the key aspects of our packaging process is the grouping of products that originate from the same warehouse. This means that if you order multiple items that are stored in the same warehouse, they will be packaged together.

5. Due to unforeseen circumstancesYour order may be affected by possible weather conditions flight arrangements, and other external factors. We kindly ask our customers to be patient. Please check the tracking information for accurate delivery date.

6We offer shipping to various locations, including

  • P.O. Boxes. 
  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
